A one day clinic with Jay Fowler.
We will have two segments, one from 9:30 - noon and the second from 1:30 - 4:30
The morning segment will include warm up, footwork, and drills before finishing with a mass bouting game. The afternoon segment will have drills and bouting conditions.
Cost: $80 for non-members, $40 for SPF members. An additional $20 off for any college students whether or not they are members.
