Train alongside nationally ranked athletes and recent medalists in a focused, high-energy environment. Led by Owner & Head Coach Forrest MacDougall—multi-time Team USA coach for cadet and junior squads at World Cups — you’ll gain valuable insights from years of competing and coaching at the sport’s highest levels.
Joining us to co-lead this amazing training camp, is the talented Brennan Louie. He serves as assistant coach for both men’s and women’s fencing teams at UPenn, where he helps guide collegiate athletes at the highest NCAA levels. His coaching has been instrumental in developing championship contenders and bringing new energy to Penn’s fencing program, further building on his international success as a decorated foilist and former Southeast Asian Games gold medalist.
Sessions combine dynamic workouts, advanced footwork, precise blade drills, high-intensity bouting, and tactical scenario training to sharpen both your physical performance and strategic thinking. We also emphasize mindfulness, adaptability, and match awareness to give you a true competitive edge.
