Referee seminar led by Certified Referee Instructor Ivan Lee Seminar is limited to 8 participants. DO NOT REGISTER/PAY if limit of 8 has been reached. The seminar will cover the rules, penalties, and protocols referees must know and understand. All attendees should familiarize themselves with the study guide and rule book so they can more easily follow the discussion. https://www.usafencing.org/referees-process. The seminar should take approximately 8 hours. We recommend you bring food and drinks. Practical exams will not be given.
