Join us for an exclusive fencing clinic with renowned fencer and coach, Ben Bratton. This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the sport's most accomplished athletes and coaches, with a career spanning over 30 years. This clinic is open to fencers of all levels.
About Ben Bratton
A decorated athlete, Ben was a member of three junior national teams and eight senior national teams. He is a 4 time National Champion and 4 time NCAA fencing All-American. As a member of Team USA he earned two World Championship medals, including a gold medal in 2012 with the men’s epee team, and was an Olympic alternate in 2016.
As a coach, Ben was named head coach of the New York University men’s and women’s fencing teams in 2022. He was the recipient of the USFCA Division III Men’s Coach of the Year award in 2023 and 2024. In the 2024-25 season, he led both the men's and women's teams to their winningest seasons in program history.
Eligibility
This clinic is open to competitive fencers 10 years and up. Fencers under 10 years old must have national points to be considered.
What to Expect
This clinic will dive deep into the strategic and mental aspects of fencing. You'll cover topics like:
- Fencing Strategy and Tactics: Elevate your game with advanced techniques and tactical thinking.
- College Fencing Insights*: Get an inside look at the world of collegiate fencing, including recruiting and what it takes to succeed at the next level.
- College Fencing Insights session on Friday (9/12) from 7:30-8:30pm is free and open to all interested parents and fencers.

- Session 1: Friday, Sept. 12, 5:30 - 7:30pm
- College Fencing Insights: Friday, Sept. 12, 7:30-8:30pm
- Session 2: Saturday, Sept. 13, 10am - 2pm
- Session 3: Sunday, Sept. 14, 10am - 2pm
Cost
$150 for 3 days
$65 daily rate, please email admin@olympianfencingclub.com for daily rate payment.
$100 for current college students, message admin@olympianfencingclub.com to complete registration.
Limited private lessons for 20 minutes will be available for $60 each. More information will be sent to registered participants.
