This intensive camp is led by Forrest MacDougall, Owner/Head Coach of PrecisionAFC and multi-time national coach for Team USA Cadet & Junior squads, alongside Coach Brennan Louie, foil coach at the University of Pennsylvania and former World Cup competitor.
Together, they’ll guide athletes through: Conditioning & Footwork Blade Drills & Technical Mastery Bouting & Advanced Tactical Scenarios Mental Training & Mindfulness for Competition.
