CAMP CONTENT INCLUDES:

 -Proper warm up and stretching exercises.

 -Fencing strategies & techniques.

 -Footwork and coordination movements. 

 -Practice and competitive fencing bouts in pools and competitions.

 -Video review and critique.

WHAT TO BRING:

Water, lunch, t-shirt, athletic shorts, tennis shoes and long socks.

Refrigerator and microwave available for use.

Equipment and uniforms (provided if needed).

$400 members and nonmembers.
