This two day fencing camp is designed for competitive and beginning fencers in sabre, epee, and foil. It is open to all fencers age 13 and up. The program includes fitness, instruction, games, skill training, tactics/strategy, competitive bouting, and more. This is a great training opportunity for high school fencers looking to get a jump back into the competitive season!
Featuring experienced coaches:
- Ro Sobalvarro - 2012 Bronze Medal-winning Women's Epee Olympic Team Coach
- Laurie Schiller - Northwestern University Head Coach
- Darius Wei - Duke University Assistant Coach
- Zach Moss - Northwestern University Assistant Coach
- Ian Farr - Midwest Fencing Club coach and 2-time All-American
- Dexter Wilde - Member of the 2008 Ohio State NCAA Championship Team
The cost of the camp is $250 and lunch will not be provided. The camp will run from 9am-5pm on Saturday and 9am-4pm on Sunday.
