Come train with Coach Gu, Gyo-dong the 2024 Paris Olympic South Korean Women's Head Epee Coach! He will be running the camp and offering lessons!
We welcome you to join us for a Winter Camp after Christmas with esteemed guest coach Gu, Gyo-dong, a South Korean Olympian who coached the South Korean Women's Epee Team this past Olympic cycle in Paris 2024. He has worked with several top athletes to include Sera Song and helped the team to a first place ranking entering the Paris games.
Coach Gu will offer private lessons and will run the winter camp at our wonderful facility with 14 grounded strips.
Camp cost: $700 for the full 5 days or $150/day
Camp will run from 10 am to 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Lunch is not provided, so please plan accordingly.
Please contact sorahyshin@gmail.com to secure private lessons which are $70/30 minutes. Lesson spots will be given to those attending the camp first.
Coach Gu will bring his many years of experience and skills to Battle Born Fencing Club. He will run the camp focusing on Korean footwork, techniques, games, conditioning, and strategies. We look forward to having Coach Gu with us and hope that you will be able to join us!
