High Performance Epee Camp in preparation for upcoming OFA Youth; Canada Cup; and/or North American Cup competitions! COST for Full Camp: $400 (non-member) / $300 (member)

Camp is for fencers who would like to improve their results at upcoming OFA Youth Championships and/or National Championships and/or North American Cups and/or *PanAm/World Championships*

Camp Itinerary:

Start: 9:30am

  1. Fencing Analysis
  2. Warm Up
  3. Fitness/Footwork
  4. Pair Drills / Directed Bouts


Lunch 12:30pm - 1:30pm

  1. Competitive Fencing (Individual/Team/Doubles)
  2. Stretching/Core

End 4:00pm

  1. Fencers are welcome to stay longer to fence one another
