2-day Competitive Epee camp with former World Team Member Eric Hansen and Coach Stephan, Maitre d'Armes. 9am to noon.


Venue Information:

The event is held at GFA Fencing Studio inside the Tucson Mall.

  1. 6 Grounded Strips
  2. Ample free parking availableUse entrance 3 (between Sears & JCPenney, South West end of Mall, lower level)
  3. Equipment Vendor on-site (German Fencing Gear)


Registration & Fees:

  1. The event is limited to 20 fencers.
  2. $60 registration fee (non refundable), $240 event fee (refundable up to 48h before the scheduled start of the event).
  3. Waiver Forms may be required at check-in.
  4. Current USA Fencing Membership is required for participation.


Schedule:

  1. 9am to Noon, Saturday & Sunday.

Fencers:

  1. Full fencing equipment is required
  2. Shoes need to have clean, non-marking soles. Shoes are not to be worn outside the studio.
  3. Bring additional general athletic attire (shorts/spandex & shirt).
  4. Bring ample of water.
  5. Bring a notebook (cellphone use not allowed during class).


Coaches:

  1. Eric Hansen, Epee coach at LAIFC with medals at every level. Former US World Team Member, Individual Division 1 US National Champion.
  2. Jens Stephan, Head Coach at GFA, Maitre d'Armes.
