Spar with your NCAA idols from Notre Dame, UCSD and Northwestern University! Sparring, footwork and situational bouting with the country's top NCAA athletes and alumni. All levels welcome.

Skill level: Beginner - advanced

NEW: Q and A December 28 10am-11am. All welcome.

Additional sparring space available until 3:30pm.

Price: $475/week

USFA membership required
