- Physical training & conditioning
- Intensive footwork & blade work
- Tactical drills
- Comprehensive group lesson(strategy, distance, timing lesson in pairs)
- Strategic bouting, individual instructions, competition

PRICE
- POFC Members : $600/week or $140/day
- Non Members : $700/week or $160/day

* Discount is taken from the full cost of the camp and cannot be combined
REFUND POLICY
- The $50 administrative fee is non-refundable.
- No credit or refund will be provided if you cancel within 6 business days of the camp start date including no partial or prorated refund for unattended days.
