ELIGIBIILTY

Must be born 2010 or earlier

Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member.

FEE/REGISTRATION

Preregistration fee: $35

All events are limited to 24 fencers.

Registration without payment is not considered fully registered and will not be uploaded into the event.

NO WALK-INS

Medals awarded to top 3(4)

There will be no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds after May 19, 2024.

Please do not self-withdraw. No refunds will be issued for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (May 19) and must be done by the organizer (ann@vivofencingclub.com).

There are no refunds after the stated refund deadline for COVID or any other inability to attend this event.

OTHER INFORMATION

There is ample parking in the front of the building.

The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred or your inability to register on time.

If event is cancelled you will be emailed so ensure your information has your correct email.
