Participating should park in Manor Garage, Brazos Garage, or San Jacinto Garage. These are all close to the venue (listed in order from closest to furthest from the RecCenter).

2:00 PM - Mixed Foil
4:00 PM - Mixed Saber
$50 Pre-Registration (per event)

PREREGISTRATION ENDS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12th @ MIDNIGHT
Requests for refunds will be honored up to midnight of Wednesday, October 11, and will be processed approximately one week after the tournament.

Open 1 hour prior to each event. Equipment to be checked:
- Mask (electric bib for foil required)
- Body Cords
- Mask Cords
*Equipment repairs will be available for a fee.*

ALL COMPETITORS MUST SHOW THEIR USFA MEMBERSHIP WHEN CHECKING IN. It must be active/current in order to compete. USA Fencing memberships can be purchased at-the-door.
Athletes will be permitted to participate in USA Fencing sanctioned events in a manner consistent with their gender identity/ expression, regardless of the gender associated with the sex they were assigned at birth in accordance with the guidelines linked below.

The University of Texas at Austin’s Fencing Club will not take custodial responsibility for minors while participating in The Longhorn Open Fencing Tournament. Custodial responsibility will remain with teachers, parents, legal
guardians, and chaperones. Specifically,
- The University of Texas Fencing Club will only allow minors who attend with their parent/guardian/adult chaperone access to the event.
- The University of Texas Fencing Club requires
- that parents/guardians/adult chaperones be present for the duration of
- the event. Dropping off the participating minor is not permitted.
- The University of Texas Fencing Club will turn away minors who show up for the event without their parent/guardian/adult chaperone.
