2026 GA Division SN Qualifiers and Annual Membership Meeting

THE SCHEDULE BELOW IS NOT THE FINAL SCHEDULE. THE FINAL SCHEDULE WILL BE PUBLISHED AFTER THE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION. DATES AND TIMEE MAY CHANGE, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN REGISTERING. IF EVENTS ARE COLLASPED TO ONE DAY EVENTS WILL BE FENCED ON SUNDAY APRIL 19, 2026

The Annual Division Membership Meeting will also be held on Sunday, April, 19, 2026 at 4:00pm or after the fencing is completed, whichever is later. We encourage everyone to participate in the meeting. Please refer to the Division email blast regarding voting eligibility. 

If we only have enough fencers to hold events on one day, we will collapse the events to Sunday.

Pre-registration and payment ($30 registration and $30 per event) on AskFRED is mandatory! ALL fees and payments are non-refundable, even if event is not fenced due to 3 or fewer fencers, except in the case of medical withdrawals. See additional info below.

You MUST pay on AskFRED by April 3rd for your registration to be considered complete. If there are any issues with online payment, contact Charise Munlin at secretary@georgia-fencing.com

Late registrations, MAY be taken at the discretion of the tournament organizers as long as they do not affect the strip or referee assignments. Late registrations will be accepted at the cost of the Registration fee PLUS TRIPLE THE ENTRY FEE(for example $120 for one event, $150 for two events, etc) Please contact Charise Munlin secretary@georgia-fencing.com, if you need to request this option.

Late registrations will NOT be accepted for events with 3 or fewer registered fencers at the time of the April 3rd registration deadline.

There will be NO refunds allowed, even if your event does not fence, except for medical withdrawals. The medical withdrawal must be accompanied by a note from a physician. Medical withdrawals during the tournament are not eligible for any refunds.

Make sure your email address is updated on your AskFRED profile. Important tournament updates will be sent via email. Please check your email (including your SPAM) for schedule updates after April 3, 2026.

Proper equipment and clothing is required. Masks, body cords, and lames will be checked by the armorer.

USA Fencing membership is required. You must have proof of USA Fencing membership and your membership number at the time of registration. To become a member please go to https://www.usafencing.org/membership.

Fencers attending the Y14 events must also show proof of age. Examples of acceptable types of proof, copy of birth certificate, driver's license, state id, USFA membership card that indicates age has been verified. You may take a picture of your acceptable document with your cell phone and present the picture at check in.

This is a closed tournament, open to members of the Georgia Division only. International fencers are not eligible, if they represent a country other than the US. For more details around international eligibility please click the link below for qualification info.

Y14 - eligible birth years 2011-2014 - if you have National Points or 160 Regional Points, you have already qualified and do not need to attend this event

DIV II/III - eligible birth years - 2012 or earlier - If you have received any DIV IA, DIV II (for DIV II qualification) or DIV IA, DIV II, or DIV III (for DIV III qualification) Regional points at a ROC or you have placed in the top 40% of a DIV II NAC, you have already qualified and to not need to attend this event.
