CAN-AM Veterans Cup 2024

PLEASE NOTE:

Age eligibility: Fencers must be 40 years old or older in 2024.

The PREMIUM VETERANS EVENT IN NORTH AMERICA. Combined and age group medals. Teams.

GALA DINNER AND DANCE Honouring Fencers; MAY 26th SUNDAY 7:30 pm

Monte Carlo Inn (Downtown Markham) event hotel.

FORMAT:

All fencers must fence combined event. Once the combined event is complete all fencers will fence age group events, 50+, 60+, and 70+ seeded into

DE's according to combined placement.

Age group medals will be awarded.

80+ Medals awarded when numbers warrant.

If there are less than two fencers in an age group, fencers may fence in the next age group down.

TEAM EVENT:

Women's Teams must have 135 years aggregate age.

Men's Teams must have 150 years aggregate age.

Format; relay 27 hits

Substitutes must keep aggregate age..

Teams may be formed at the Venue.

Team entries may be restricted to eight teams per event.

Canadian Fencers receive National Ranking points.

Canadian Fencers must have Valid CFF licence.

US Fencers must have Valid USFA membership.

All foreign fencers must have Valid National Federation membership, or FIE licence.

FIE Equipment is NOT required. 350N clothing accepted.

Name and Country patch NOT required.

All gear MUST be in good condition.

Gloves, masks and lames will be checked.

No equipment vendor will be at the Venue.
