Hub City Foil Senior E & Under M & W

Hub City is a welcoming community of fencers. Our events are great for folks of any age who are new to competing.

E & Under Women's (Cap of 15, born 2011 or earlier)

E & Under Men’s / Mixed (Cap of 15, born 2011 or earlier)

This event is sanctioned by the USFA's NJ Division. 

Payments must be made online.

Live results will be casted to www.fencingtimelive.com on the day of the event.

Tournament Guidelines:

This event is sanctioned by the USA Fencing's NJ Division. All fencers must have required fencing attire and bring at least 2 working weapons and 2 working body cords.

Valid USA Fencing Competitive or Access membership for the 2024-2025

season is required. You MUST show your USFA card or have proof that

payment for an Access or Competitive membership has been made in order

to check-in. 

You may join at the door, but it is best to arrive with this already done. This can be completed at http://www.usafencing.org under the Membership tab.

All events are capped. Only fencers with complete online payments are

considered fully registered and are guaranteed participation spots.

Check this site periodically prior to the tournament for any changes.

Hub City Fencing Academy reserves the right to change the times, number

of participation spots and formats based on pre-registrations.

If you are unable to come or running late, call or text us at 908-248-2232 ASAP. 

Competition Format:

- one round of pools with 100% promotion to direct elimination

- no fence-off for third place

- medals awarded for top 8 places

Fencers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all posted

information and must report errors to the bout committee immediately.

Fencer signature on pool score sheets and de bout slip required.

**LIABILITY WAIVER**

Upon entering this tournament you agree to abide by the current rules

of the USFA and other applicable rules instituted by Hub City Fencing

Academy. You acknowledge you are entering this tournament at your own

risk and release the USFA and its sponsors, Hub City Fencing Academy,

and referees from any liability. With entry you give consent to Hub City

Fencing Academy to obtain medical care from any licensed physician,

hospital or clinic for any injury or illness that may arise during

activities associated with this tournament.

$95 for walk-ins (payable by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal only)

Parking: Spaces in the lot are limited. Please look for parking on the following streets on the other side of Amboy Ave:

EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEES:

$10 - Body Cord/Mask Cord/Glove

$20 - Any other Equipment (Mask, Lame, Jacket)

$30 - 2 or more pieces of equipment

$45 - Any broken blade

REFUNDS AND CREDITS POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. If you are not able to come we may

issue credit towards our future events only if we are notified via email

at lauren@hubcityfencing.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of event. There are absolutely no refunds or credits for no-shows.

In case of an event cancellation or time/format change, we will issue

a refund or credit towards future Hub City tournaments. You will need

to email your request to lauren@hubcityfencing.com
