In order to use AskFRED to register for events, all users must have a registered and successfully confirmed user account.

ELIGIBIILTY
Birth year 2012 or earlier. In any tournament where children can fence with adults, the fencer must be 13 BEFORE January 1 of the competition season (August - July) i.e., competitor must have turned 13 by Dec 31, 2025.
Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member.
FEE/REGISTRATION
Preregistration fee: $40 - prepayment is required.
Men's Sabre is limited to 28 fencers
Women's Sabre is limited to 28 fencers
Less than six registered in either event will result in a mixed event that starts at 9 am.
Registration without payment is not considered fully registered and will not be uploaded into the event.
NO WALK-INS, NO ENTRY AFTER DEADLINE. NO WAITLIST.
Medals awarded to top 3(4)
There is no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals before the stated deadline.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds after May 3, 2026.
Please do not self-withdraw. No refunds will be issued for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (May 3) and must be done by the organizer (zetafencing@gmail.com).
There are no refunds after the stated refund deadline for any reason.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is ample parking around the building and across the street at the intersection of Homer Ave and Union Street. A local coffee shop with bakery and sandwiches is next door.
PLEASE NOTE: If you earn a classification higher than an D before this event but have already registered you may still fence. Earning a higher classification after registering for an event does not make you ineligible to compete in the event.
The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred or your inability to register on time.
If event is cancelled you will be emailed so ensure your profile on askfred has your correct email.

Women's Sabre 1:00 pm (limit 28)
Times may be changed to accommodate entries.
You must be onsite and checked in by prior to close of registration time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
Preregistration opens on 9/1/2025.
Preregistration closes on 5/3/2026.
