Seattle Saber Day with Y14, Unrated, and Open events at Salle Auriol Seattle. This is a sanctioned USFA tournament. Fee: $30 per event. Preregister by Friday, 5/15.

SCHEDULE:

All times are close of registration. Fencers must arrive before check-in closes in order to participate. It is recommended that fencers arrive one hour before close of registration to have time to warm up.

  1. 11:30 am – Y14 Mixed Saber
  2. 1:30 pm – Unrated Senior Women’s Saber
  3. 1:30 pm – Unrated Senior Mixed Saber
  4. 3:30 pm – Open Senior Mixed Saber

The Unrated events will be mixed if there are less than 6 fencers in either event.


ELIGIBILITY and ENTRY:

  1. Youth-14: Born 2011-2014
  2. Senior: Born 2012 or earlier
  3. Unrated: Born 2012 or earlier and are without a rating.

Full regulation uniform required, including underarm protector, knickers, and long socks. All fencers must have a minimum of 2 bodycords, 2 maskcords, and 2 weapons at the strip with them.


USA Fencing Rules apply. This event is sanctioned and ratings can be awarded. Current USA Fencing membership is required (Competitive or Access level is sufficient). Please join or renew your membership online before the tournament at https://www.usafencing.org/membership. 


FEES:

$30 per event. All payments will be made in person on the day of the tournament. Cash is preferred, CC is accepted. SAS members can charge their account.
