This tournament will be in Gym 1.
USFA Access membership or higher required for the senior events; no membership required for the youth events. Registration is as follows:
- Y12: 08:15-08:30
- Y14: 08:15-08:30
- Unrated Senior Mixed Saber: 8:45-9:00
- Unrated Senior Mixed Epee: 9:45-10:00

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For the youth events:
- These events are unsanctioned.
- Each event has a maximum of 8 fencers allowed.
- The Y12 and Y14 events will use a 10-touch DE format instead of the normal 15-touch format.
For the senior events:
- All fencers are required to have a USFA membership as specified above (Proof Required)
- Full USFA regulation uniform is required.
- This event uses electric equipment. A preliminary inspection requires the following equipment: underarm plastron, 2 working weapons, 2 working body cords, 2 working mask cords, 800N FIE glove (for saber), chest protector (for those required to wear one), and all appropriate armory control marks. Athletes failing to meet these conditions shall not fence.
- All equipment presented must comply with fencing rules updated August 2022. A summary is available at https://www.usafencing.org/news_article/show/1229327 .
- Maximum 16 fencers allowed.
For all events:
- One round of pools with 100% promotion to Direct Elimination rounds.
- No fence-off for third place.
- Fencers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all posted information and must report errors to the bout committee immediately.
