Are you ready to take your fencing to new heights? Join us for an exclusive 2-day Foil Camp led by Michael Aufrichtig, Head Coach of Columbia University! This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into collegiate fencing and master the strategies that can make all the difference in high-pressure situations.

What to Expect:

Coach Aufrichtig’s innovative approach emphasizes scenario-based practices, preparing you to perform at your best whether the score is 14-14 or 4-4. Over two action-packed days, you’ll dive into:

- The Next Touch Mentality: Learn to approach fencing with confidence and focus.

- Situation Awareness: Develop awareness of your surroundings on the strip to enhance your tactics.

- Confidence Building: Engage in drills used by the Columbia Fencing team to help you thrive in challenging scenarios.

From 9:45 AM to 4:15 PM each day, you'll participate in intensive fencing sessions, interactive discussions, and practical exercises designed to build essential habits for competitive success.

Camp Details:

- Who: Foil fencers aged 2014 and older with at least 2 years of experience (1 year of competition)

- When: 

December 20th,2025 at LAIFC-OC （3182 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim CA 92806)

December 21st, 2025 at LAIFC-LA ( 11755 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064)

- Cost: 

   - $380 if registered online (askFred)

   - $500 for walk-ins (cash or check only)

- Schedule: Includes warm-ups, multiple fencing sessions, discussions, and cool-downs.

Refund Policy: If you need to cancel, please submit a written request by November 20, 2025 for a $300 refund (non-refundable $80).
