Freehold Fencing - Open Foil

Senior Women's Foil starts at 10:00 am, Senior Mixed Foil starts at 12:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the close of check-in so you have time to warm up and get settled before the tournament begins.

This event is sanctioned by the USFA's NJ Division. You must be born in 2011 or before to fence in this event. Medals will be awarded to the top 4 finishers in each event and there will be no fence-off for 3rd place. Live results will be casted to www.fencingtimelive.com on the day of the tournament.

Events Scheduled:

Senior Women's Foil - 10:00 am

Senior Mixed Foil - 12:00 pm

All fencers must wear required fencing attire and bring at least 2 working weapons and 2 working body cords.

Valid USFA membership is required. You MUST show your USFA card or have proof that you are an Access Member or Competitive member. You may join at the door, but it is best to arrive with this already done. This can be completed at www.usafencing.org under the Membership tab.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

We are trying to discourage people from pre-registering and not showing up. If you are listed as pre-registered in the 24 hours before close of check-in and you do not show up, your name goes on a warning list. If you do so again you will not be able to pre-register for Freehold Fencing Academy events for the next calendar year. This means that you won't be able to pre-register via askFRED and you will have to compete as a walk-in entry. If you pre-register and cannot show up, simply remove your name from the pre-registration list.

**LIABILITY WAIVER**

Upon entering this tournament you agree to abide by the current rules of the USFA and other applicable rules instituted by Freehold Fencing Academy. You acknowledge you are entering this tournament at your own risk and release the USFA and its sponsors, Freehold Fencing Academy, and referees from any liability. With entry you give consent to Freehold Fencing Academy to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic for any injury or illness that may arise during activities associated with this tournament.

FEE (paid at the door):

$50 for Freehold Fencing members.

$60 if preregistered and pay at the door.

$70 for WALK-INS.

$40 for fencing in a second event.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEES:

$10 - Body Cord/Mask Cord/Glove

$20 - Any other Equipment (Mask, Lame, Jacket)

$30 - 2 or more pieces of equipment

$50 - Any snapped rental blade
