Join us for an afternoon of yoga, intro, fencing, and coffee - the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and fun! All levels. Welcome for both fencing and yoga.
Event details: Jan 11th at 10am - 1:30 pm. Yoga first followed by fencing. It will be held at the kaizen main gym: Kaizen Academy, 9620 153rd Ave NE, suite A5, Redmond, 98052.
Cost is $65 and is a 21+ event.
If you register before January you get a $5 discount!
