This clinic is sponsored by the USFencing New England Division and is open to all current USFencing members. A walk and roll event will be held April 6, 2025.
The Para referee seminar will include, and is not limited to, the following:
1. Establishing correct distance, in all weapons, to begin the match
2. Recognizing correct en garde positions at the start of each touch in all weapons
3. Demonstrating the differences between FIE rules and WAS specific rules.
4. Referee’s role as assistant.
5. Control marks.
6. Interacting with the athletes.
7. Bout practice
PARKING INFORMATION
If parking lot is full, overflow lots are on Everett St around the corner, and the Brighton Mills shopping center across the street. If you are not sure, email merritt55@comcast.net for a parking map.
For those new to this venue, the shopping center has a full service grocery store with prepared foods and Starbucks inside the entrance.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
All fees for this clinic are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in full at the time of registration. If the division cancels the clinic, your registration fee will be refunded.
