Jr Olympic Qualifiers

We are trying something a little different this year. We are holding two tournaments on the same day (with the expectation that this one will be small with many cancelled events). Sign up here if you are interested in trying to qualify for Junior Olympics in Columbus, OH in February. If you are not interested in going to JOs, but you would enjoy participating in an event just for teens (birth years 2000-2006) , sign up for the mixed junior foil and/or mixed junior epee events at Age Group Fencerama (different AskFred page, at www.askfred.net/Events/whoIsComing.php?tournament_id=44897). All event times are provisional. Registration closes Nov 9, at which point times will be finalized, and any event with fewer than 4 will be cancelled. The tournament is open only to Green Mt Division members. Separate male and female events are scheduled as mixed events are not permitted at qualifiers. All competitors must be competitive members of the USFA There are event for two age groups: Cadet: teens born 2003-06. These events are only for younger teens Junior: teens born 2000-2006. These events are open to both younger and older teens Please sign up only for events that you might actually participate in at JOs. You are of course welcome to sign up for both foil and epee teen events that are part of Age Group Fencerama. Entry fee is $15 for your first event, plus $5 per additional event. Note that unlike most GMD events, where the price goes up after the preregistration date, for this tournament, registration actually closes and you will not be able to sign up after November 9 for these qualifier events. Late registration will be accepted for Age Group events.
