CHECK IN

- The venue will open at 6:30 AM each day
- Please arrive with your membership card, legible copy, or a copy of the card on your phone

REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES

REGSITIRATION FEE IS WAIVED
Event fee
- Regular fee until March 18, 2024 11:59 PM ET - $60.00
- Late fee from March 19, 2024 until March 29, 2024 11:59 PM ET - $90.00
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee
REFUND
=======
Refund requests must be received by Friday March 22, 2024 11:59 PM ET.
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to info@premierfencingclub.com
Starting March 23, 2024, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check that can be mailed out to your address or hand it to you at the day of the tournament if you will be there.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events after the refund deadline
EQUIPMENT CHECK

Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. Additionally, we will have Equipment Check open on Friday 3/29/2024 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
